Strategic Planning and Annual Action Plans

Strategic planning serves as a management guideline within the Institute of Clinical Medicine, Department of Medical Services at Rangsit University, and the College of Medicine, Rangsit University, to ensure quality and alignment with organizational objectives. It provides a framework indicating strategic issues, objectives, strategies for plan development, projects/activities, and annual action plans that align in the same direction. Together, they drive the successful implementation of strategies, achieving goals within available budgets and resources to maximize value.
